They closed my one loan account but what about my blank cheques?

Sent another mail to all asking why they are silent and Gaurav is doing whatever he feels like

He is just wasting my time. When ICICI pru has apologized and returned the money, why is he still adamant that he did not do anything?

He thinks he is smart, he sent the same mail with some text changes.

This time he added date and RBI Ombudsman reference number but i still doubt the authenticity as i don't trust him. Once a thief will always be a thief.
