The so called complaint redressal mechanism is a sham. The staff at the branch level is extremely rude and arrogant. I was refused an acknowledgement of a cheque deposit on the payin slip. The complaint book was unavailable. As per the Branch Manager at GK-I, there was no deficiency of service.
